Kevin Reynolds started his construction career picking up trash on job sites, not behind a desk. Over the next two decades he worked his way up through closeout coordination, assistant project manager, and project manager, then into senior leadership as Director of Special Projects, Director of Project Management, and ultimately Vice President of Construction, overseeing preconstruction, project management, and operations across multiple companies.
Along the way he's delivered healthcare projects from single suites to full hospitals, retail and shopping centers, ground-up and multi-story construction, industrial facilities, religious facilities, self-storage, high-end corporate interior finish-outs, and daycare build-outs, on projects ranging from under $1 million to $25 million and up.
That experience shaped a simple approach: straight talk, always. Our teams tell clients exactly what's happening on a project, the good and the difficult, and come prepared with options, not just problems: a plan, a backup plan, and a clear read on how any schedule shift affects the bigger picture. Updates happen on the client's schedule, daily or weekly, whatever they need. The project molds around the client, not the other way around.

In the old myths, Atlas was the Titan who held up the sky, not for a moment, but without end, and without ever setting it down. The weight never left his shoulders, and he never let it fall.
That is the promise inside our name. When an owner hands us a project, they hand us far more than a set of drawings: their capital, their schedule, their reputation, and a vision they have often carried for years before we arrive. Our job is to take that weight onto our own shoulders and carry it the rest of the way, steady and certain, until the building stands.
An atlas is also a guide: the trusted volume you reach for when you need to know the terrain and move forward with confidence. We aim to be both, the shoulders that bear the load, and the guide that knows the way.

The second half of our name is more personal. Four is the number of my children. Every company has a reason it exists, and mine has four of them. They are why I put my own name over the door, why I answer the phone myself, and why accountability here will never be a line on a slide.
When your name and your family are tied to the work, there is nowhere to hide, and no reason to want one. You build it right because building it right is the only version of yourself you would want them to see.
Four is also a reminder of what construction is really for. We do not build for the ribbon cutting; we build for the decades that follow, for everyone who will work, heal, learn, and gather inside these walls long after the final invoice is paid.
